April Ross
April Ross is only one of the beach volleyball athletes to win medals multiple times at an Olympics. Alix Klineman is the newest Olympian who will be joining the team in Tokyo. Costa Mesa California where she lived with her parents and her sister. The athletic pursuits she pursued was continued by Newport Harbor High School where she was a part of a number of different sports. Kessy was Ross's teammate at the World Championships in 2009. They went into winning a silver at the 2012 Olympic Games at London. She suffered a devastating personal loss in her sophomore season and yet she went on to repeat as an All-American. In her last two seasons within the team, she guided the Trojans to the summit netting consecutive national championships. Her individual achievements have cemented her place as a legendary volleyball player. She won the Honda Sports Award 2003-04 for the top female NCAA player. Ross who was who was a USC international relations major, was a renowned volleyball player. Margie Ross was never able to watch her daughter's climb to fame as a beach volleyball player.
