Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born October 4 1979 was an American actress. She has starred with the Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the television show Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart and Robot Chicken are her voices. She also voiced a variety of characters in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook was a child of Thomas Howard Cook, an ex-stand-up comedian who is now a social worker, as well as JoAnn Cook, a cook instructor and weaver. Part-Italian, she's also of Italian descent. Cook made her debut first in a commercial for foster care when she was seven years old. Her career began as an infant model when she was 10, appearing in national ads for Target as well as on Milk-Bone dog biscuit boxes. She attended Clara Barton Open School, Laurel Springs School, and Minneapolis South High School.
